The investment company Spiltan Invest has, in connection with a management buyout, acquired 33 percent of AOB Travel, which sells travel over the internet and through its own travel agency in Höllviken.

This is stated in a press release.

AOB Travel is described as being at the forefront of traveltech and will continue to invest in technology to meet the market's growing demands for digital and customized travel opportunities, writes Spiltan.

AOB Travel's total sales in 2023 amounted to just under SEK 1.4 billion, mainly over the internet.

Other owners are co-founder and former CEO Niklas Mattsson and current CEO Jonna Björkstrand. They will each own one-third of the company in connection with the investment.
