Stena Line is launching the app in December My Trips, which gathers everything customers need for a smooth journey. At the same time, both the booking flow and the StenaMORE loyalty program are being upgraded for a more personal and smooth experience.
To meet its customers' needs, Stena Line continues to develop the customer experience – from booking to travel. Stena Line is therefore launching the app in December My Travels, which becomes the hub of the digital customer experience, gathering everything from booking management and real-time updates to on-board navigation and information on opening hours.

In parallel, Stena Line is developing the updated booking platform launched earlier in 2024, focusing on making the booking experience more intuitive, fast, and inspiring.
The StenaMORE loyalty program has also been upgraded. The program now offers a more modern design, new content and more benefits, where members can collect points, take part in exclusive offers and get travel inspiration. The update makes StenaMORE an even more appreciated tool for long-term customer relationships.
