
Swedavia appoints Susanne Norman as new Director of Operations International Airports and Karin Öhrström as new Director of Regional Airports. Both will take up their new positions on 1 April 2024 and will be part of Swedavia's Group Management. Peder Grunditz, current Director of Operations, is leaving Swedavia at his own request after 20 years in various leadership roles within the company.
Susanne Norman, currently Director Regional Airports, succeeds Peder Grunditz who has chosen to leave Swedavia at his own request at the end of March 2024. Karin Öhrström, currently Airport Manager at Malmö Airport, will simultaneously take over the role of Director Regional Airports. Both will be part of Swedavia's Group Management. Karin Öhrström will thus become a new member of Swedavia's Group Management. The changes will come into effect on 1 April 2024. The recruitment of a new Airport Manager for Malmö Airport has begun.

Susanne Norman holds a degree in systems science from Mid Sweden University in Östersund. She has many years of broad experience in airport operations and began her career at the then LFV, later Swedavia, back in 2008. She currently works as Director Regional Airports and is also part of Swedavia's Group Management. She has also previously been Airport Manager for Åre Östersund Airport.
Karin Öhrström holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University of Technology. She has been Airport Manager for Malmö Airport since September 2020 and previously had over 20 years of experience from several senior positions within EON.
