Swedavia is selling the hotel it is building at Landvetter Airport in Gothenburg to Midstar Fastigheter.
This is stated in a press release.
It is a 10,000 square meter building offering 222 bedrooms, including conference, restaurant, gym and relaxation facilities. The hotel, which will be operated by Scandic Hotel, is expected to open in late 2020.
For Swedavia, the sale means a capital gain of SEK 140 million during the first quarter of 2021.
