All trains between Stockholm and Västerås are cancelled.

This also means that everyone traveling between Gothenburg and Stockholm needs to take a bus on the Västerås–Stockholm route.

SJ confirms to Aftonbladet that some form of sabotage has caused the delays.

– Apparently it is connected to that, says Anders Edgren at SJ's press service.

The sabotage took place north of Stockholm.

– There is a stop in train traffic between Kallhäll and Bålsta. It also affects trains to and from Gothenburg, says Anders Edgren at SJ's press service.

According to SJ, they are looking at collaborations with SL, which would mean that SJ travelers could take the shuttle from Kalhäll.

– Keep an eye on SJ's website, says Edgren.
