Now TUI is expanding its range with two new dream destinations for the coming winter. Direct flights from Stockholm to the Dominican Republic will begin in November and to Jamaica in December. These destinations will be flown with TUI's Dreamliner. What these islands have in common are white sandy beaches, turquoise seas and a relaxed Caribbean atmosphere.

TUI is now choosing to broaden its winter program to meet the growing desire to travel among Swedes. With the launch of the new exciting destinations, TUI wants to attract Swedish travelers who are curious about exploring the Caribbean.

The addition of Jamaica and the Dominican Republic is the next step in expanding our winter program in a market where interest in international travel is high. With direct flights from Stockholm and Copenhagen, our Swedish customers have an easy opportunity to experience two exciting destinations that we look forward to welcoming them to, says Tommy Serban, commercial director at TUI.

Jamaica – reggae, rum and dream beaches

In Jamaica, travelers will find creamy white Caribbean beaches, turquoise seas, a relaxed atmosphere and palm trees that seem to sway to the rhythm of reggae music. Attractions in Jamaica include Dunn's River Falls and Bob Marley's birthplace, Nine Mile. Also popular to visit are the island's famous rum distilleries. The standard of hotels in Jamaica is high and there is a selection of options for both families, as well as for more adult tastes. TUI direct flights land at Montego Bay Airport.

Caribbean rhythms and creamy white sandy beaches

Captivating dance music can be heard everywhere – on the beaches, in the bars, in the shops and in the taxis. In the Dominican Republic, it is the music that makes you move your hips, especially merengue and bachata. The Dominican Republic is known for its tropical climate and long sandy beaches lined with palm trees. The turquoise sparkling sea has an average temperature of around 26–28 °C. The island's coral reefs are perfect for snorkeling and diving. TUI's range of hotels includes high-quality all-inclusive hotels.
