Tallink Silja is replacing Stockholm with Kapellskär in traffic to Åland and Turku, writes the newspaper Ålands Sjöfart.

All traffic to Helsinki and Tallinn will continue as usual from Värtahamnen in Stockholm.

The changes will come into effect on September 13th.

Baltic Princess will also start calling at Långnäs instead of Mariehamn.

The Stockholm-Turku route has for a long time been a main line in traffic between Finland and Sweden, according to the newspaper.
