Norwegian Air Shuttle's major owner HBK Holding, which is controlled by former CEO Bjørn Kjos and former chairman Bjørn Kise, has sold 3,652 shares in the company.

This is stated in a flagging message.

The sale means that HBK Holdings' ownership falls below the 10 percent flagging threshold. After the transaction, HBK owns 16,355,744 shares, corresponding to 9.99 percent of outstanding shares, the company states.

On February 13 of this year, a flagging announcement indicated that HBK Holding had approximately 19.6 million shares, corresponding to 11.98 percent of the shares.

Norwegian is trading up around 3 percent on the Oslo Stock Exchange on Tuesday. However, the coronavirus outbreak has contributed to the share price being down 75 percent since the turn of the year.
