The red-green government in the city of Stockholm wants private aircraft to be banned at Bromma Airport, reports P4 Stockholm.

But it is the government that must make the decision, by changing the ownership directive to Swedavia, which operates the airport.

– The emissions are 40 times more per person compared to a regular air traveler, we think that is unreasonable, says Åsa Lindhagen (Mp), Stockholm's environment and climate mayor, to the radio.
