The Eiffel Tower has been evacuated after a shirtless man was seen climbing outside just hours before the closing ceremony of the Paris Olympics, reports say. AP.
It is unclear where he began the climb, but he was reportedly seen just above the Olympic rings that adorn the tower.
The closing ceremony begins at 9 p.m. at the Stade de France on Sunday evening.
