The Bornholm ferry Express 5 was forced to turn around after hitting a pole on its way out of the port of Rønne this morning.

”"This resulted in cracks in the hull on the port side well above the waterline," writes Bornholmslinjen's press officer Jesper Maack.

The line between Ystad and Rønne should be serviced by the shipping company's other ferries.

No one was reportedly injured.
