Since 2016, Bergkvarabuss has taken ski guests to Idre and Sälen from the southern parts of the country and has done so under the brand name Fjällexpressen.

Starting on December 14th until the end of April, travelers can book from Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and Örebro and Västerås on Saturdays. During the high season around Christmas and New Year, traffic is even more frequent with almost daily departures.

”"It feels fantastic to kick off this year's ski season with Fjällexpressen to the Swedish mountains. With this year's new departure locations in Örebro and Västerås, it's extra fun to follow the development with now three lines covering an even larger geography, an exciting news!" says Tim Svensson, responsible for Fjällexpressen.

Another news that is being presented is that Fjällexpressen is adding Gävle as a destination on the Stockholm line.

”"Last year we hit an all-time high in the number of guests who traveled with us and we hope that interest is increasing given how safe, sustainable and affordable it is to travel by bus and that the current world situation and the weak krona make our Swedish destinations more attractive," concludes Tim Svensson hopefully.
