Hotel operator Scandic reports an adjusted EBITDA result of SEK 559 million for the second quarter of 2019, compared to Infront Data's average estimate of SEK 549 million.
Total revenue amounted to SEK 4,853 million in the quarter, where the average estimate was SEK 4,738 million.
The growth in revpar (average revenue per available room) was 1.1 percent from the second quarter of 2018. In comparable terms, the quarter's revpar decreased by 1.3 percent. Revpar was SEK 745 in the second quarter (737).
Net profit, excluding the IFRS effect, amounted to SEK 222 million, compared to the average estimate of SEK 269 million. Per share, this corresponded to SEK 2.16, compared to the average expectation of SEK 2.61.
