In Delsbo in Hudiksvall municipality, it was 30.4 degrees Celsius on Monday, according to SMHI's preliminary figures. This is the highest temperature recorded in Sweden this year. Almost the entire country has been enjoying high temperatures and bright sunshine, and it looks like it will continue through Tuesday.

– It depends on how much the sun is out and warming it, but locally we could see temperatures tomorrow that are similar to what we have had today, says Sofia Söderberg, meteorologist at SMHI.
