The Lodge in Skåne has once again been named one of Sweden's top hotel experiences by guests themselves. For the 11th year in a row, the establishment has been awarded the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice – an award based entirely on guests' own reviews and ratings.

It's an award that cannot be bought, applied for or influenced – only earned. Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice is awarded annually to hotels that consistently receive top ratings from their guests, and where the experience is at the absolute forefront of its category.

"We are so proud of the award, and it's truly the entire team's merit. It's their commitment, warmth, and professionalism that makes our guests return and feel seen," says Tove Gejde, Hotel Manager at The Lodge.

A gift from the heart
The Travellers’ Choice award is presented to the 10 % most popular hotels worldwide, based on a year-round review of guest reviews on Tripadvisor. This makes the award one of the most prestigious in the travel and hospitality industry – precisely because it is the guests themselves who decide.

– By systematically working with guest satisfaction and integrating it into every decision we make, we have now received this award for the 11th year in a row, says Camilla Persson, Commercial Manager at The Lodge. – We read every comment, analyse every trend, and share the guest’s feedback with the entire team every week. It’s work that happens every day, in every meeting.
