Two days before the collective bargaining agreement for SAS pilots expires, negotiations have broken down. The relationship between the union and management is at a standstill.
– We do not see any conditions for reaching an agreement, says Martin Lindgren of the pilot union to TT.
Two weeks were set aside for the negotiations, which began on Monday. After only a short meeting on Tuesday, the pilots' association withdrew.
– With this, the pilot association is putting SAS in a very difficult situation in an already serious situation, says Marianne Hernæs, SAS's head of negotiations in the pilot area, to TT.
