A Tui plane bound for Antalya, Turkey, took off from Arlanda just before 6 p.m. on Saturday evening. But above Öland, the plane turned around and landed back at Arlanda instead, data from the website Flightradar24 shows.

– It had to be reversed due to a technical error, says Adam Györki, Nordic Communications Manager at Tui.

The atmosphere on the plane is calm, according to a person on board who Expressen has been in contact with.

– We don't yet know when these guests will leave, whether it will be tonight or tomorrow, says Adam Györki.
