The entire island of Gotland was hit by a power outage during the night of Monday, according to Gotlands Energi. Power was restored at 5:45 a.m., according to the electricity company.
The island has had recurring problems with power supply. Most recently, on Saturday, Gotland residents lost power after a lightning strike near Västervik.
