Just over a week after the Gröna Lund accident, the prosecutor investigating the incident confirms that the locking bar on the Jetline roller coaster carriage came loose - causing three people to fall out of the attraction.

”"Why the bars came loose is something we are investigating. It shouldn't be possible," writes prosecutor Christer B Jarlås in an email to Expressen

A 35-year-old woman died in the accident and several people were seriously injured.

According to a protocol from the forensic examination, which the newspaper has seen, the cause of death is believed to have been the injuries the woman sustained from the fall.
