A plane en route from Stockholm to Vilnius had to turn back on Wednesday afternoon after technical problems were discovered.

The planet can stay in the air for 12 minutes.

- The plane experienced technical problems while in the air, and the decision was made to turn back to Arlanda, says SAS press manager Irena Busic.

Busic states that they returned to Arlanda because there is a lack of technical maintenance in Vilnius. The type of technical problem is not known until the plane has been examined.

Approximately 85 passengers are soon to land at Arlanda again and will then transfer to a new flight taking them towards Vilnius.
