The Swedish Accident Investigation Board is now presenting its investigation into the fire in the Oceana bathhouse at Liseberg in Gothenburg.
”"The fire probably started as a result of deficiencies in the assembly of the diversion pipes, which caused the pipes to overheat and then catch fire during the electric socket welding," they write in their report.
The Swedish Accident Investigation Board also concludes that there were shortcomings in the systematic work environment work.
”"There have been gaps in knowledge about the risks of the work, the execution and the planning," they further write.
