Spain is one of the countries in Europe that has begun to lift its restrictions, something that was met with jubilation and public celebration in the streets. 

“I am completely moved by this,” Barcelona resident Oriana Pastrana told Reuters. 

Spain has now lifted both the domestic travel ban and the nighttime curfew that had been in place since October, and parties broke out on the streets in several cities. But Spain is not alone in starting to lift restrictions. Residents of Belgium and the Czech Republic have also recently been granted more freedom.
