Yesterday, Sunday, is the deadline for SAS to refund its customers for flights that never took place, according to Ritzau.
But the company will not have time to pay all waiting customers by then, writes Ritzau, referring to Ekstra Bladet, which has received confirmation of the information from the company.
According to the company's press department, SAS regrets and understands, "that many customers are frustrated. They have been waiting a long time.".
The Swedish Consumer Agency, KO, wrote on November 5 that SAS must refund the ticket price to customers. If this is not the case, the airline risks being fined one million kronor per month.
