At least 13 people died and four are missing after a tourist boat capsized in bad weather off the coast of the city of Hoi An, a World Heritage Site in central Vietnam.
The accident occurred when the boat carrying 39 local tourists and crew was returning from Cu Lao Cham Island, a popular destination for diving, snorkeling and other water sports.
The rescue operation was suspended at nightfall, but will continue in the morning, local time. Two of the missing are children.
