Travel companies are at the top when Röd and Rön update their blacklist of companies that refuse to comply with the Swedish National Board of Complaints' decision, writes TT.
Travel companies are found in the top five places.
Travellink tops the list, with the most new cases on the list. These involve travelers who have not received compensation for canceled flights, and customers also report that it has been difficult, or impossible, to get in touch with the company.
Travellink is followed by Ryanair, Bravofly, LOT Polish Airlines and KLM.
