In the 2024 summer program, TUI is launching new destinations from eleven regional airports.

The travel industry is on a steep rise after the pandemic's reduced travel. With a successful summer in the rearview mirror, leading travel player TUI is making one of its biggest investments ever in the offer from regional airports. Starting in the summer, TUI is expanding its charter program from several regional airports, with destinations including Kos, Sicily and Bulgaria.

– Our new summer program has a much wider range of destinations throughout the country, which gives our customers greater freedom of choice when choosing a travel destination. Many people prefer to travel from their regional airport and in this way we offer travelers extra convenience and service that enhances the entire holiday experience, says Tommy Serban, Commercial Director at TUI.

Irregular departures throughout the season
To enable the wider range of destinations, TUI has spread the new flight routes and departures with some irregularity over the season. The historically popular destinations have more departures, while the new ones have fewer.

“This way we can offer more charter routes while ensuring that our capacity matches demand,” says Tommy Serban, Commercial Director at TUI.
