Travel group Tui is considering leaving the London Stock Exchange and instead being listed only on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, according to the company's report published this morning.
Tui has had its main listing in London since 2014, but also a secondary listing in Frankfurt.
The airline states that some shareholders have expressed their views and that the board is now considering an upgrade to a Prime Standard listing in Frankfurt and a delisting from the London Stock Exchange.
The measure requires support from at least 75 percent of shareholders. A vote could be held in 2024.
