The travel group Tui has paid back all of the support from the German state that the company received during the corona pandemic, according to a press release.

Tui writes that it has made a final payment of 750 million euros to the Economic Stabilisation Fund.

”"This is a very important day for Tui. Together with WSF, we had agreed on a roadmap for repaying the state aid and implemented it consistently and quickly," says the company's CEO Sebastian Ebel.
