Taxi service Uber is the next company to completely exit the Russian market.

Uber has reached an agreement to sell its stake in MLU, a joint venture, to Russian IT company Yandex. The deal is worth $925 million and will make Yandex the sole owner, Russian news site RBC reports.

Yandex has previously bought out Uber in several other joint ventures, including a food delivery company. A number of Western companies have left the Russian market as a result of the Ukraine war and the boycott against Russia.
