USA: Airport worker died – sucked into airplane engine

An airport worker at San Antonio International Airport in Texas died after being sucked into an airplane engine on Friday, reports Sky News.

”"We are deeply saddened by the incident and are cooperating with the authorities as they begin their investigation," the airport wrote in a statement.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration, FAA, the employee was a ramp worker.

It is still unclear how the accident happened.
