The last year of inflation and war has made everyday life ”greyer” for 72 % and for 65 %, travelling helps to get rid of worries. Perhaps this is why the desire to experience new adventures is increasing, because in the last year 30 % have sought more adventure on holiday. However, we do not relax all at once, but it takes an average of 2–3 days to settle down and get into the holiday mood.

Top 10: This is how Swedes relax best on vacation

1) Good company

2) Sea view

3) Explore new destinations

4) Take time off from work

5) Family time

6) Watch the sunset

7) Spend time in nature

8) Experience new cultures

9) Take a dip

10) A glass of wine
