Qatar Airways has reclaimed the top spot in Skytrax's annual ranking of the world's best airlines, knocking last year's winner, Singapore Airlines, down to second place. Japan's ANA All Nippon Airways came in third, according to Skytrax.
The best European airline in the ranking was Lufthansa, which came in ninth place. Finnair took 32nd place and Norwegian 39th, while SAS came in first in 65th place.
In the ranking of the companies with the best cabin crew, Singapore Airlines won, while Air Asia was named the best low-cost airline.
