TUI has appointed Henrik Andersson as the new CEO of TUI in the Nordics, taking office on August 1. With more than twenty-five years of experience within the company, he succeeds Jessica Enbacka and will lead the Nordic operations with a continued focus on growth, innovation and customer value.

Henrik Andersson will take up the role of CEO on 1 August. He succeeds Jessica Enbacka, who is leaving her position after more than six years as CEO of the Nordic operations. Under her leadership, Jessica has played a crucial role in the development of TUI's Nordic organization.

– I would like to extend a big thank you to Jessica for her outstanding contributions to TUI. Under her leadership, the Nordic business has successfully addressed various challenges, strengthened its market position and laid the foundation for continued growth. She leaves behind an organization that is well equipped for the future, says Mircea Tudose, Managing Director, Regions.

Henrik Andersson has more than twenty-five years of experience within TUI. He began his career in TUI's UK airline in 1999 and has since held several senior positions within the group. Since October 2024, he has been CFO of TUI's global destination business, Musement. Prior to that, he was CFO for the Nordics and the UK and Ireland. For many years, Henrik has also been part of the Nordic management team and contributed to the development and success of the Nordic business.

– Henrik combines deep knowledge of the Nordic markets with extensive international experience and a strong commercial focus. After more than twenty-five years in several parts of TUI, he has a very good understanding of both our customers and our business. I am very pleased that he succeeds Jessica in this role, continues Mircea Tudose.

Starting August 1, Henrik will lead the Nordic organization with continued focus on innovation, customer value and sustainable growth.

– The travel industry is evolving rapidly and I am convinced that our success is based on leading the way, not following it. That is the culture I want to continue to build on. With our dedicated employees, a clear customer focus and the opportunities that new technologies, such as AI, create, we have all the conditions to continue developing our business and deliver outstanding holiday experiences to our customers, says Henrik Andersson.

In his new role, Henrik will be part of the leadership team for TUI's regions and will report directly to Mircea Tudose. His focus will be on continuing to develop the Nordic business.
