To continue to exceed guests' expectations and further develop the hotel's offering, Anders Sköld is stepping into the role of Hotel Director and CEO. 

Anders was born and raised in Gothenburg and has a strong attachment to the destination. 

He most recently came from the role as hotel director for Clarion's new venture Clarion Hotel The Pier on Lindholmen, which is one of Europe's fastest growing innovation clusters.

Anders has held various leading roles within Gothenburg's business community, such as Tourism Manager at Göteborg & Co. He also has extensive experience from previous roles within Nordic Choice Hotels, including as Hotel Director and CEO of Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen and Commercial Director of Quality Hotel Göteborg.

Anders will take up his position as the new hotel director for Clarion Hotel Post in Gothenburg in January 2023. Recruitment of his successor for Clarion Hotel The Pier will begin immediately.
