The company has reached an agreement to sell its operations in Denmark to the Danish taxi company Taxa Syd Gruppen.
The sale of Taxi 4×27 in Denmark to Taxa Syd is part of Cabonline's strategic business plan to focus on the operations in Finland, Norway and Sweden and maximize value for all stakeholders. – The sale of the operations in Denmark is part of our overall strategy to strengthen and focus our resources on the areas where we see the greatest growth potential based on our strategic business plan and added value for our owners, says Dag Kibsgaard-Petersen, President and CEO of Cabonline Group.
– The sale of Cabonline's operations in Denmark will be carried out in close cooperation with Taxa Syd to ensure a smooth transition for our customers, drivers, carriers, employees and other stakeholders, adds Thomas RB Petersen, CEO Cabonline Denmark.
In the acquisition, Taxa Syd Gruppen will take over all of Cabonline's employees, contracts and operations in Denmark from February 29, 2024.
– Taxa Syd wants to strengthen its position in Denmark and, with the acquisition of Taxi 4×27, wants to gain access to the markets in Copenhagen and the other cities where Taxi 4×27 operates today, says Tadzudin Kasami, CEO of Taxa Syd.
