For the third day in a row, travellers in Britain have been hit by cancelled trains as thousands of railway workers continue to strike.
Only around one in five trains were expected to depart on Saturday, with none at all in some areas. Among the stranded travellers were tourists as well as football and cricket crowds.
The conflict is about better wages and conditions in light of rising food and fuel prices.
On Sunday, around 2,000 port workers at the Port of Felixstowe, on England's east coast, will begin an eight-day strike. The port handles approximately four million containers from 2,000 ships annually. The strike could lead to cargo being diverted to other ports.
