Holiday Club Åre opened in 2004 and just as the business is approaching its 20th anniversary, the company is expanding its property department by recruiting Daniele Gambierazzi to the role of Property Manager. Daniele has solid experience from property work within hotels. Experience that will come in handy on the large areas that Holiday Club manages and develops. In his new role, he will be responsible for property issues within both the apartment portfolio and the hotel operations. Daniele will take up his role on September 1, just in time for the autumn events and activities to get underway.

  • With over 30,000 square meters of adventure hotels and 110 condominiums on large land areas, property issues are an important part of our business. We also have several major property projects ahead of us, and it feels both fun and exciting that we get to share Daniele's knowledge and interest in properties. By strengthening our team, we will give ourselves the best conditions to be able to deliver quality property projects that will also benefit the customer experience, says CEO Satu Andersson.
  • Having the opportunity to combine an exciting job with the dream of moving to Åre is almost too good to be true. With my experience from both technical work and property management, I want us within the team to be involved and contribute to increased guest satisfaction and exciting product development. I am very excited to be in place this fall, says Daniele Gambierazzi, incoming Property Manager.
