David Lindquist leaves his position at Flexbuss

David and Flexbuss Sverige AB have chosen to go their separate ways, which means that David will end his employment as CEO today, May 12. The decision is based on a mutual agreement that is in the best interests of the business and a fresh start for future integration and growth.

– David, together with colleagues, has developed Flexbuss into what it is today – a solid, profitable company with a very good reputation in the industry. All of this would not have been possible without David's great commitment and hard work together with everyone at Flexbuss and it is something that we place great value on, says Magnus Hedin, Chairman of the Board.

– For me, it now feels right to step down from my position as CEO in connection with Go-Ahead taking over as the new owner. Together with my colleagues, customers and suppliers, I have worked for many years to take Flexbuss to where we are today and with the sale, I see it as a natural conclusion for me to hand over to our new owners and at the same time look forward to new challenges. Today, I feel very proud of what I, together with my employees, customers and suppliers, have achieved during my time at Flexbuss. Furthermore, I wish everyone at Flexbuss and partners the best of luck in the future, says David Lindquist.

Martin Jacobson takes over as acting CEO. Martin has broad experience in the industry and currently works as CFO for Flexbuss. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategic quality work, which will be developed together with the existing management team.
