For the second night in a row, the airspace over Aalborg Airport has been closed due to suspicions of a drone, writes Ekstrabladet.

The police are working to figure out what happened.

– We have not been able to verify that it is a drone, but it is believed that someone has seen a drone in the area and therefore the airport has decided to close the airspace, says Christian Tilsted, head of duty at the North Jutland police, to the newspaper.

The airspace was closed at 11:40 p.m., and at least one flight was reportedly diverted.
