
Emirates, today announced an agreement with the Bahamas Ministry of Foreign Affairs to promote tourism to the Caribbean archipelago. The airline and the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism will launch joint initiatives to increase visitor traffic to the islands from key markets in Emirates’ network.
The agreement, which will help support tourism in the Bahamas, was signed at Emirates Group headquarters by HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Group, and HE Tony Joudi, Ambassador of the Bahamas to the UAE and the State of Qatar. Adnan Kazim, Emirates Chief Commercial Officer, and Salem Obaidalla, Emirates Vice President of Commercial Operations for the Americas, were also present at the ceremony.
