A high-speed train has crashed into a bridge and two carriages have overturned in the Turkish capital Ankara, reports CNN Türk.

Several people have been injured in the accident, according to early reports.

Rescue operations are underway at the scene, where train carriages are stuck under the bridge. The train was traveling between Ankara and the province of Konya.
