Customers who miss their flight due to long queues at the security checkpoint at Arlanda will not receive any compensation from the airline or Swedavia, SAS Sweden tells Ekot.

– It is very clear that it is always the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are out in good time, says Karin Nyman, Head of Communications at SAS Sweden, and continues:

– If you leave early, you will arrive with your flight.

The long queues at Arlanda are due to Swedavia having difficulty hiring new staff for the airport's security checks.
