The US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York in the USA has approved the new collective bargaining agreement SAS signed with the pilot unions this summer.
This is stated in a press release.
Den 19 juli meddelade SAS att bolaget tecknat ett nytt 5,5-årigt kollektivavtal med SAS Scandinavias pilotföreningar, under förutsättning av domstolens godkännande. Villkoren i avtalet godkändes på torsdagen av domstolen.
