A downed overhead contact line between Katrineholm and Flen caused major disruption to train traffic on Sunday.
Among other things, on the Stockholm-Gothenburg route.
The overhead line that was torn down on Sunday afternoon meant that traffic had to be rerouted.
At 6 pm in the evening, one of the tracks past the site was reopened so that trains from Stockholm and south could roll past.
But trains north, from Gothenburg and Malmö, were diverted, resulting in major delays.
At 00:55 last night, the line was repaired and traffic began to move as usual.
