The death toll is rising after the train accident in the Tekirdag region in northwestern Turkey on Sunday morning, where 24 people have now died, according to the country's Deputy Prime Minister Recep Akdag.
A total of 338 people have received treatment after the accident, and 124 of them are still in hospital.
The train, which was carrying 362 passengers, derailed after heavy rain caused the ground beneath the tracks to erode. The train tracks were last inspected in April, according to the government.
The search for survivors has been ended, reports the Anatolia news agency.
