One krona back for every ten krona – simplicity is the watchword when MTR Express launches club Xpress on February 1st.

With the ambition to create the travel industry's smoothest and most advantageous loyalty program, members are offered the opportunity to earn additional benefits and amenities as well as the opportunity to earn additional points on their trips.

Since June 2016, MTR Express has had a partnership with SAS EuroBonus where train passengers have been able to collect EuroBonus points on trips with us. From February, this partnership will end when MTR Express will instead launch its own loyalty program on February 1st as a result of careful customer analysis. Club Xpress members earn one krona for every ten krona they spend and earned points can be used to buy new tickets on all departures.

– We are very satisfied with the collaboration we have had with SAS EuroBonus. After strong growth in recent years, however, we see an opportunity to further improve our offering to our returning customers by launching our own program, says Peder Osterkamp, Commercial Manager at MTR Express.
