Just over a year ago, Nettbuss Travel invested nearly 20 million SEK in four new direct buses for the Karlstad–Västerås–Arlanda Airport route, which goes via Örebro.
The reason for the investment was an increased demand for trips to Arlanda Airport. Thanks to the investment, the number of departures from Örebro doubled overnight with four new Nettbuss Bus4You buses – which are the company's premium option. Now the bus company is investing another 20 million on four new buses and this time it means a doubled number of trips to Karlstad.
– From day one, we have had a high demand from Örebro residents to be able to travel affordably and smoothly to and from Västerås, Arlanda Airport and Karlstad, without having to compromise on quality and comfort. Above all, we see that the Arlanda line has been popular and it now has three new departures per day to Arlanda Airport and the number of departures to Karlstad is doubling, says Elvir Rascic, Sales Manager at Nettbuss Travel.
