The airline Norwegian Air has reached an agreement with aircraft manufacturer Airbus and engine developer Rolls-Royce as part of the company's rescue plan, writes Dagens Næringsliv.
Rolls-Royce, which is a supplier to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, has approved the retirement of the long-haul model from Norwegian's fleet as part of Norwegian's rescue plan, according to the newspaper.
Norwegian has also agreed on terms for an agreement with Airbus regarding a settlement for advance payments for ordered aircraft as well as canceled orders, according to Dagens Næringsliv.
