It is now clear that Nordic Choice Hotels will operate the new hotel, located between Uppsala Concert and Congress Center and Central Station, with 210 rooms.
The hotel will make up one third of the new block that is now being built in Uppsala city. With a rooftop bar and terrace of 900 square meters and a spa area with a 19-meter-long outdoor pool and sun terrace, a new type of meeting place and destination is being created in Uppsala.

The new block being built in conjunction with the hotel will also house restaurants and rooftop bars, as well as good facilities for offices and co-working spaces. The property owners for the new project are Mässing Properties and Alma Property Partners. In total, the hotel covers 10,000 square meters.

The proximity to both Arlanda and Stockholm makes it easy for both Uppsala residents and visiting travelers to visit the hotel. The heart of the hotel will be the public area on the entrance floor which will offer 1900 square meters in different designs, the restaurant and bar can accommodate 730 people in total.
Construction of the hotel is expected to begin in 2023 and be completed in 2026. Annordia has been an advisor to the property owner in the development of the hotel and the recruitment of an operator.
