Topphedenbackens Fastighets AB has been granted regional investment support of just over 8.5 million SEK to develop an activity center at Idre Himmelfjäll:
– The activity center will be an important place for meetings, community and service at Himmelfjäll. It will also be energy efficient – which is a high priority for the Dalarna Region and the EU's structural funds, says Birgitta Sacrédeus, (KD) regional councilor for regional development.

Topphedenbackens Fastighets AB, a subsidiary of Idre Himmelfjäll AB, has been granted regional investment support of just over SEK 8.5 million for an investment in an activity center at Idre Himmelfjäll. The total investment cost is SEK 24.5 million.

The activity center is an important part of Idre Himmelfjäll and will include reception, meeting/conference room, service rooms, restaurant and a shop. The building will be very energy efficient compared to a building constructed according to normal building standards.

– We are extremely grateful for the trust and support we receive from Region Dalarna with this decision. The contribution is a direct necessity for us to be able to complete the project with the high level of ambition that we now have the opportunity to realize, says Torbjörn Wallin, CEO of Idre Himmelfjäll AB.

All regional business support aims for sustainable growth and balanced development. Regional investment support is aimed at larger investments in the county that contribute to increasing the growth of the company.
